About
Hey, I'm Nikita! I swam 4 years DI at Columbia University, and I'm a USMS National Champion in the 500 free. I've coached alongside American record holders and Lithuanian National Team members. I have been the age group coach at Highlands Ranch Aquatics (Top 50 USA Swimming Team) and previously coached at TC Falcon Swim Club in Southern California I'm also the cofounder of Swimming Everywhere. I work with competitive swimmers, triathletes and adults who want to get faster or finally feel good in the water. Most of what I teach comes down to efficiency: better body position, a stronger catch, and pacing that holds up at the end of a race. Private lessons are at Moorhead Pool in Aurora.
Swim analysis
Nikita in the water, measured frame by frame from one phone video.
50 yard freestyle, open heat
21.80, heat winner · September 19, 2026
Tempo went from 0.96 to 1.00 seconds per stroke cycle while stroke length held at about 2.1 yards per cycle. The speed came off through turnover, not a shorter stroke, mostly on the final stretch into the wall.
