Full glides of 0.75 and 0.90 seconds on the first two strokes, 2.74 and 3.10 yards each. Then he set up the wall: tempo from 2.95 to 2.38 seconds per stroke and shorter glides, with speed holding at about 1.0 yard per second.

Coaching Philosophy

Developing a comfortable and open relationship with each swimmer is vitally important when setting up long-term success in the pool. Through coaching, I hope to foster an environment in which swimmers feel comfortable being vulnerable. Try new things, ask questions, work hard, and get better.

Fun Facts

Growing up in Europe and other parts of the US has provided me with a vast perspective on differing cultures and ways of life. I enjoy spending my free time training for new fitness goals, exploring the outdoors, and seeing live music. I hope to share these perspectives with my clients and use my experiences to help them reach their own goals.
