Swimming has always been a central part of my life. As a former Division I swimmer at the University of Wyoming specializing in breaststroke and sprint events, I developed a strong foundation in technique, discipline, and a deep love for the water. I’m passionate about helping swimmers of all ages and skill levels build confidence and feel safe in the water. Whether working with beginners or more experienced swimmers, I focus on creating a supportive environment that emphasizes skill development, water safety, and drowning prevention. For me, swimming is more than a sport, it’s a lifelong skill that builds confidence, safety, and joy in and around the water
