About

This is my second year in Baton Rouge and I'm currently one of the coaches on staff for the LSU Swimming and Diving team. I've been a Division I college coach for 6 years, and a college coach overall for 11 years. I've had the opportunity to coach Olympians, World Champions, SEC Champions, national record holders, US Olympic Trials Qualifiers, NCAA All-Americans at both the Division III and Division I levels, and many others. In addition to currently serving as a collegiate coach, my experience includes: Providing swim lessons for the last 18 years to clients from infants to older adults. Coaching at USA Swimming Club level (working with all age groups 8-18 years old). Coaching Masters Swimming and adapting workouts to fit the clients' needs/goals. Helping triathletes become more efficient (and faster!) in the swim portions of their races.

Swimming is not only an important life skill, but it should be fun! I'm eager to share my passion for the sport that's played such a large role in my life with youth and adults of all ages.
